SECURITY AND RESILIENCE EXPERT (m/f/d)


You will:

  • Advise and support the Local Management on security & resilience matters, including business continuity and crisis management
  • Identify and monitor risks across IT, information security and third parties
  • Develop and strengthen our Security & Resilience framework in line with UNIQA Group strategy
  • Monitor key risk indicators and support reporting to the Management Board
  • Lead awareness and training programs to build a strong security culture
  • Support emergency and crisis response, ensuring effective resolution
  • Provide guidance to mitigate risks and enhance resilience
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to continuously improve our security posture

You have:

  • A Master’s degree in the field of security & resilience, risk management, business continuity management, crisis management, or similar
  • At least 5 years of experience in the same or similar roles in IT Security & IT Risk Management
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends impacting security, BCM, and TPRM (e.g. cloud computing, digital transformation)
  • Knowledge of security risk assessment methodologies and tools
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (ISO 27000; NIS 2; DORA) is an advantage
  • Proficiency in BCM software or tools for plan development and management (an advantage)
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Office, Power BI is an advantage)
  • Excellent English language skills
  • A proactive and analytical mindset, with adaptability to changing requirements and threat landscapes
