Security Specialist (m/f/d)
You will
• Support the implementation of security risk management and operational resilience processes
• Help prepare and update internal guidelines related to security, business continuity, crisis and incident management, and third-party risk management
• Advise and guide colleagues on applying security measures, while monitoring their implementation
• Monitor and report local Key Risk Indicators, as well as oversee and steer security & resilience, third-party and IT risk analyses within the respective unit and ensure that the results are reported to the Management Board
• Contribute to awareness programs and support the documentation and reporting of security incidents
• Assist in business continuity planning and physical security measures to protect people, facilities, and assets
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance security posture and resilience
You have
• Master’s degree in University, specified in Security & Resilience Risk Management, Business continuity management, Crisis Management or similar field
• Experience in Security & IT Risk Management is an advantage
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends impacting security, BCM, and TPRM practices, such as cloud computing and digital transformation
• Knowledge of security risk assessment methodologies and tools
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks
• Advanced computer skills (MS Office)
• Excellent knowledge of English language is necessary
• Proactive and analytical mindset
• Good organizational skills
