SENIOR LEADER DISTRIBUTION (m/f/d)


You will:

  • Lead development and execution of SEE retail distribution strategy
  • Strategic sales leadership, team management and development
  • Fulfill SEE direct sales (online, aggregators etc.) and sales network target achievements
  • Drive and promote cross-country activities in the sales distribution network for achieving business plans and objectives
  • Oversee performance of sales network, ensuring adherence to SEE objectives
  • Develop and steer direct sales support and product training teams
  • Carry out designing of pre-sales and sales journey in product/IT transformation program
  • Collaborate with customer and solution team and other business models to ensure coordination of activities impacting sales network
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key retail and online partners, maximizing sales opportunities
  • Ensure sales support team provides high-quality service
  • Manage budget for sales and sales support functions, ensuring optimal resource allocation
  • Other responsibility assigned by the President, Board and/or General Manager

You have:

  • University or advanced degree in relevant field
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams to achieve their targets and contribute to organization’s strategic goals
  • Deep understanding of insurance products, market dynamics, and customer needs to influence product development and sales strategies
  • Exceptional skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, including aggregators, to support sales objectives
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to clearly convey strategies, goals, and performance expectations to teams and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Office)
  • Fluent English – written and spoken
